I have been so stupid and now lost my girlfrend of 3 years
Hi I have bin with my girlfrend 3years an just split up before xmas 20 November to be exsact she suffers from bipoler 2 an I have just found out I have been suffering from deppresin for a long time to an deling with it in my hown way nastey temper,jelousey,an engsiotey, I used to feel tiyerd all the time an grumpy so I would tork to her like **** an wos even worse when I wos drinking voel mouth ecct no vilonce just verbel witch I now know woz wrong an she's had a north an left she says she can't trust me not to go bk to the way I woz an the love as gone I have chipt away at it she says she can't love me like she should I ham no on antidepresion tabs an awaiting counciling we were so loving to eatch other all the time tex eatch other every day she said I love you honeybun we have torked an she sems so confused what she wonts she's said a few times its over but the last time she came wos about a week ago were we did make love an it wos so pasionet I tex her the next day to say thanks for a good night than few days later she tex saying sorry 4 Friday night an that it shount have happened I sent 1 bk sayinits k I enjoyed every min an hoped we could do it again or do you just won't to forget it never happened an cut all ties then I got 1 bk few days later saying hope we can just be friends I told her I can't cope with that coss she's playing games an pulling on my hart strings an I have done nothing but cry every day trid texin but don't get eney think back so I have left her be I no were I have gne wrong an doing something about it I just love an adore her so bad should I move on or sit an wait I just don't no

You have a genuine problem, if she truly loves you, she'll help you through it. You need to show her you're trying and you're doing it only for her. If she leaves you even then in such a scenario, she doesn't love you and you should take care of yourself and learn to love yourself
