    I know the Doctor can be a rather unerving place but if you ever want to find any productive help - the doctor is the only way to go - that smell isn't going to cure itself and going to the doctor may mean that you find a solution. Also doctor's are trained professionals, it's nothing they have'nt seen before and they want to help.
    You also need to tell your doctor about your problems with excretion because that is a very serious problem that is having a direct impact on your health.
