My names ***** ******, I am starting gr 11 next year.
OK I am 16 and haven't started my period yet, I got no boobs, pubic hair or under arm hair.
I am embarrassed about this, I look like a 8 year old please help me?
Haven't told my mom or anybody!
I weigh 62lbs or 31kg
I don't really eat a lot mostly 1 day.

After I pee and masturbate I stink really badly down there, smells like rotten meat?
It started smelling since I became 16 this year about a month after my be day (18 of july)

But anyway, we all reach puberty at different ages. I know that is small consolation, but all you can do is wait. If you really, really look 8 and aren't exaggerating just a wee bit, then there's a 1 in a million chance you are missing some growth and sex hormones, in which case you would need to be referred to a specialist.
I started early and friends started late and yet the differences in a few years, you'd never have known! Some of them became very curvaceous while some of us stayed in a sort of arrested state, LOL. You never know.

If you only weigh 68 lbs (31 x 2.2) then you are very thin; how tall are you? That could explain why you are later than many. Low growth hormones.
As for smells, that could be just a need for more thorough washing or a yeast infection or something elsem so you could ask a doctor.

I do understand that we all blossom at different ages but look I am 16? I am not just saying this but I am the only girl that doesn't wear a bra in high school not because I am slutty because I got nothing to put and a bra:(

Yes I am very thin and I do clean and wash very very well! I hate being dirty!
My advise to you is maybe you should tell your mom and ask her to take you to a doctor so you can fully understand what's going on with your body. Also, you should be eating a lot more. You need to eat at least 6 times a day. 3 meals and a snack between each meal. Not eating could have something to do with the weight and boobs are made of fat.

68 pounds is much, much too thin. Even a thin girl your height will be around 100.
You should have a pelvic exam as well as a discussion with a doctor about your weight. I do think there's a possible connection (trapped menstrual tissue?). Are you anorexic? Do you deliberately eat practically nothing? Is your skin shiny and blotchy red? Do you have diarrhea?
Anorexia is a very, very serious life-threatening condition.
You said you only eat once a day. Why is that? You should be eating at least three meals a day.
Is your mother aware that you have not had a period yet and that you only eat once a day?
Sounds like you need to be seen by a doctor, which is something you should be doing once a year anyway.
Yes I am anorexic:( but its because when I eat my stomach pours and it burns coming out:( that's why I eat as little as possible and mainly at night because after I eat give and take 20 minutes my stomach pours (not trying to be crude) nothing solid comes out just acid water and its so painful, my stomach pours twice usually in the morning and at night.
Yes my skins very shiny and oily and were the blotches are I am sensitive and sore to the touch?
I am very shy and embarrassed over my body:( I hate it that I smell and my body is still baby.. there's not even a hint of maturing:c I hate being so thin:( but I can't stand the going to toilet part its so painful:( even my pee burns and it stinks of rotten meat?
No my mom doesn't know about me eating so little or my toilet problems, she does know about my growth and marked it as "i am a late bloomer" but I think its more then that because I hurt at night when its cold I get cramps in my stomach and down there? And sometimes I got to run for the toilet?

Please understand this, I do want help I hate feeling so weak and living this way:( I don't want to be a dark horse or make out that am feeling sorry for myself.. I DO WANT HELP!
But in a private form as in I can get cream by a chemist and put it on myself without anybody knowing..
I am a hygiene freak! I bath 3 times a school day and between 8 and 12 times on weekends and holidays, I need to be clean! I get depressed if my hands are dirty and I can't wash them, I am depressed because of this smell:(
It scares me to think that as the dr opens my legs and he smells me...

Your mom needs to know what's going on with you and you really need to see a doctor.
This is not something a cream can take care of.

I am very sure. You are at the age where you need to be having a check up every year anyway. The thing going on with your bowels is not healthy, your eating habits are not healthy and neither is the vaginal odor.
Go to the doctor!
No, you aren't a "late bloomer." You are slowing killing yourself by not getting the proper nutrition and not getting help for your digestive problems (which probably come from your poor diet). Do you take any vitamins/minerals? How much in liquids do you drink every day -- perhaps drink a nutritional drink like Ensure?
Please talk with your mom about this, and together make a doctor appointment.
You are anorexic. That accounts for not getting your period yet and for your very thin and underdeveloped body.
What seems to be beyond your control in your life?
Do you realize that, by not eating and by not getting your physical problems dealt with, you are making yourself "dirty" by forcing your body to be the site for infections that are causing the bad smell?
