Error when trying to add meeting/event in Outlook 2003
The user has editor permissions to open, view, edit, add, delete etc... in another's calendar. However when she tries she gets the following error!

    Unable to load free/busy information!

She is able to view his calendar but cannot add events or edit events although she has full permissions to do so.

I have researched and everything tells me to run /cleanfreebusy command. But nothing explains what this command does!

    Any ideas?

Never mind. I ran the command (unknowing what it does) but either way it fixed the issue!

Sorry about the pointless post! :)
