    Want to take friend to court over cell phone bill
    I want to take an old friend to court over a past due cell phone bill. What all information or evidence would I need to prove my case? How old should the bill be?

    You will merely need proof that they owe you the bill, a copy of the bill, and the bill just has to be due and they refuse to pay.
