    Tax question
    Hello I got married in march my husband left in July we have been apart ever since I j ust got a new job I'm confused on if I should put married or single, and if I can still claim head of household.

    You are not single. You can file as married filing separately or married filing jointly. You can be head of household if you did not live with your spouse since June 30, 2010 and you have a qualifying dependent.
