Can I ask a few questions first, do you have good pressure anywhere in the house other than these two faucets. This could just be a clogged aerator if your shower and tub are OK. Is the cold low pressure too or just the hot? If its just the hot it won't be the aerator so we can look further after I heard back from you.

Check to see if the aerators are clogged. Had the same issue over the weekend. --- this is the easiest thing to check first. Maybe some pros will have better advice.

Sharpie hit upon the first thing I would be checking, If that doesn't help we're going to need the brand manes of the faucets plus a description , one handle or two knobs? Let us know. Cheers, Tom
