    The little red one on the bottom? That's a reset button and you should be able to just push it in a few minutes after it pops. If that doesn't work then check the breaker in the panel to make sure you did not blow a breaker

    What do you mean "fix".. These are overload devices to keep the motor from burning up. What's happening?
