    Gettng full custody
    Am 36 yrs old. My am expecting twins and my ex boyfriend has not been in the picture since day one I would like toknow how can I get full custudy of my unborn twins... thank you yadira

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    But generally, you will have full custody unless the father goes to court to enforce his rights. At that point, unless you can prove him a danger to the children, he will, in all likelihood, get some portion of custody and visitation.
