How can I fix error 1327: invalid drive for E and F?
How can I fix error 1327: invalid drive for E and F?
When I used my driver detective the message showed up for both. A few MONTHS after I got the computer (a few yrs ago), drive E stopped working. A few months ago Drive F stopped working properly. I can still play music but it will not read data/photos that I have already burned from the very same Drive (F). When I go in manager to change the drive letter, it shows the drive letters in the proper place. Is it the laser(s)? I don't dare do that myself so how can I fix this without destroying the drives completely? Or Is there an inexpensive yet decent compatible EXTERNAL cd rom/cd-wr/cd-r I can purchase online?
