    What is the last date for filing form1040NR or NR-EZ forms? Can we file by Dec 31st?

    April 15. You can file early.

    If the tax return is received by the IRS prior to 1 January 2011, they will probably reject it.

    Further, the IRS must officially release the Forms 1040NR and 1040NR-EZ for 2010, something that has not yet been done.
