Should family member details be included in PR application if legally separated?
I intend to apply for PR under arranged employment option and my question is related to my PR application. My spouse and I are have been separated for the last 3 years. We have filed for a application for divorce by mutual consent in a family court in India. As per the terms of separation, my spouse will have custody of our daughter with visitation rights for me. A final decision is expected on this in coming February. I have a copy of the divorce petition, which I can include along with my application. Should I include details of my family in my application? I know that my spouse will not co-operate in either filling the forms/taking the medical examination nor will she allow the same for my daughter. Looking forward to your respones. Thank you.
