    How long can I hold a winning ticket before turning it in?
    I hold winning tickets from scratch offs for awhile until I get a few of them then I turn them in, but I am told from my husband that you can only hold them for 30 days. Is this true? It doesn't make sense to me.

    State lottery tickets can be cashed in up to 1 year from date of purchase. Hope this helps tom

    Time frame varies, you need to contact that state lottery commission

    It is longer than 30 days, but there is a time frame to collect.
    Next turn them in when you get your new ones,
