My boyfriend has gotten so selfish
Moved to it own thread and edited for chat speak
My boyfriend has this one friend who I've tried and tried to get along with but he is just plain rude and full of himself and arrogant, as you can tell I really dislike this friend however I'd never ask my boyfriend to stop seeing him or anything like that, my problem is though when my boyfriend actually does have time off from work which is very rare he just wants to play on his video games or watch TV again just because we're in the same room that isn't spending time together, his friend texts him or sends a message via net and next minute he's all figity and well so and so just asked me to go... long pause... and I say are you going? And he invites me along (this is only recent as I moaned that I was getting invited) even though he knows I feel rubbish every time I'm around his prick of a friend so he knows I'll say no... I don't want to be one of those girls that doesn't let her boyfriend out but he was out with them Saturday Sunday and now Tuesday and he only has few days off work a week, and he works with his friends!!
I'm ready to let this relationship go for good because he seems so selfish I do love him but it just seems its always the same story I always feel second best to this guy, whether he's spent the money for us to go out or to come see me on him and his friend going somewhere?
I just feel like its this reoccuring problem and I'm trying to to let myself be jealous and things but I can't help but think he'd rather be over there spending time with him and that I'm no fun I'm just to come home to please me and shag.

You need to talk... don't pinpoint just tell him how you feel... just go and talk.. tell him how you feel... just try, it will surely help..

Your biggest mistake was moving in with him. I'm guessing you thought that by living together you'd get to spend more time with him? It sounds like you guys need to have a talk. I love spending time with my friends but I know that I need to spend time with my girlfriend as well. It's been a point of contention in my relationship as well and I changed to give her more time and our relationship is better because of it. You should have a talk- a serious talk- and if nothing changes on his side you need to leave. It'll show him that he can't just drag you behind him. Good luck! Everything will work out for the best!

You answered your own question right there. IF he can't naturally give you want you want, without forcing it out of him then let him go so that you can move on with your life.

If you are unhappy in a relationship and it has been an ongoing thing, there is no reason to stay.

I agree with the others, If you are unhappy with this relationship then you need to move on. You cannot change someone or think they will drop a friend for you.

Get someone who is more fun, more reliable, less selfish. For sure you can't change him.
