    1997 Dodge Intrepid wipers quit during 14* weather.
    I can hear the wiper motor run when the wiper switch is engaged, just no motion. Broken retaining washer, arm? I have no idea how these things work in this vehicle. Can this be repaired or does the entire unit need to be replaced?

    Either the motor is stripped or the linkage is loose.
