    Child support
    OK I pay child suipport and the mother of my child cancel it now she started back again so I'm paying child support which is 1002 every two weeks now they frozen my accounts so what is my option.

    Your options in terms of what? What do you mean she cancelled it? Were you in arrears?

    I have read your question several times and to be honest it makes no sense ?

    What is cancelled ? ( only the court can cancell payments)

    Are you or where you behind ?

    But yes, if you are behid the judge can issue an order to garnish pay, bank accounts and more

    Did you have a Court Ordered Child Support? If you don't have anything that is Court Ordered you can just wait until she goes to Court and gets a Judge to sign a Child Support Order which would make it legal. But you will have to attend a hearing before a Judge and submit all sorts of financial paperwork and child support worksheet to determine just how much you should pay under a state child support worksheet guidelines. You could end up paying more or less when using the worksheet. All depends on how the earnings of both parties stackup.

    Sounds like this is just a casual arrangement you had with your ex in that no court ordered child support could be cancelled.
