Your options in terms of what? What do you mean she cancelled it? Were you in arrears?

Did you have a Court Ordered Child Support? If you don't have anything that is Court Ordered you can just wait until she goes to Court and gets a Judge to sign a Child Support Order which would make it legal. But you will have to attend a hearing before a Judge and submit all sorts of financial paperwork and child support worksheet to determine just how much you should pay under a state child support worksheet guidelines. You could end up paying more or less when using the worksheet. All depends on how the earnings of both parties stackup.

Sounds like this is just a casual arrangement you had with your ex in that no court ordered child support could be cancelled.
