Husband may have bipolar. Won't go get help
E packs his bags once or twice a month. It is a rollercoaster everyday. I can not figure out a way to get him to a doctor. So much more to say. Don't know who to call or who will listen. Not his family because they don't want to get blown up on, and they don't have to deal with it. Don't know where to turn. If I let him leave again then the house and all the responsibilities fall on me again. NOT FAIR! While he acts single foe however long it takes this time. And here I am picking up the pieces again! What do I do?

Sounds like he doesn't want or need your help. You can't make him go to a doctor, or you can't take him kicking and screaming, can you?

Leave the house and him, and let his family and him sort things out, if you can do that, but if there are children involved, that is a different ballpark altogether.

Put a note in his suitcase next, saying that here it is, you deal with everything.
