    Are you looking to just lose weight or to actually tone those areas? If you're looking to tone, aerobics won't do a whole lot. Maybe if you do it for months and months. Things like sit ups, crunches, weight training, maybe even pilates (I've heard some people swear by it and others say it's not much more than yoga, haven't tried it enough myself though) will help you get toned. A combination of the two would be best.
