    Reduce tummy, hips & Thighs
    Hi,

    I am 35 years old. My height is 5.1 fit and weight is 57 kg. After my second child, my tummy is big and soft. And because of all day sitting job, my hips are also big now.

    Because of busy schedule at home, I can't do any thing to reduce tummy, hips and thighs.

    Can u . Suggest diet of anything else.

    1500 calorie a day diet and an hour of exercise 5 days a week. You will have to find the time. SOrry - there is no easy way.

    Eat Less, Exercise More.

    Walking and swimming are both things that can be done with kids etc that are really fast and effective in whittling away mid section issues.
