Ex partner loves abroad does he have access rights when he comes to visit uk?
My ex partner has moved abroad to live and work. Does he have access rights when he comes back to the UK to visit for 10 days in January? He pays £100.00 per month despite earning £35,000pa. I am worried that it will confuse my daughther and leave me with many difficult questions to answer.
