I am on a tier I visa and I applied for my wife and daughters visit visa because at that time I did not have sufficient maintenance funds. It was rejected owing to the reason that ECO was not convinced that both will return back to Pakistan. I don't understand why should I get my visa in jeopardy by doing such a foolish thing. And how can one explain this to ECO. My appeal is in AIT now.

Normally filing an appeal for temporary visa based on humans right is a waste of time and effort. All you need to do is re-file with sufficient funds in your bank statement.
