First time offence theft over $5000
I traded a Go kart that I stole a long time ago and traded it for a dirt bike. Well this kid went to sell it and got busted by the police with it. Now the police have got the number from the guy who traded me for the gokart and have been calling my girlfriend asking lots of question as where we got it and didn't u live in the same building as where the go kart got stolen.
What do you think the ploice are going to do? Are they going to come to are house a lot until we answer. They can't arrest us over that info can they ? . This isn't the first time I've been charged. But everything that I've ever gone to court for has been dropped. This is the second for theft. But like I said the last offence was dropped and it was theft under. I stole something around $100. |
