Leaving husband with child to move from one state to another
My daughter moved to Alabama and got married a year and a half ago. She recently birthed a baby but wants out of this marriage. She has been very unhappy. She wants to move back to Maryland but I do believe she is facing legal issues now. How can I assist her because she has no blood relatives in Alabama to assist. If we can't figure out the legal way soon, she will come home anyway. What can she do legally? Her husband monitors her every move,
