I have always had unexplainable things happen to me mostly, as far as I can remember. When I was younger I would see things fly off shelves, or have lights behind me in pictures. As I got older things got worse from scary noises, cabinets open when I would get up, to bad dreams. Now I see things I believe to be good and evil spirits or beings, awake or asleep. During the day if I see anything they don't seem to want to bother me. But I am scared to death to go to sleep anymore because there has been something dark trying to hurt me, more and more. My boyfriend has to shake me out of sleep because I'm crying, shaking, can't breathe, or scream like something is keeping me from talking. Sometimes it feels like weight is laying on top of me, sometimes it takes over my good dreams and squeezes my spine and throat. But I don't even fall asleep and I can hear loud footsteps and feel like something is breathing heavy over me. I just don't understand why so much is happening now. Is anyone going through this?

I sincerely believe you should be tested for sleep apnea. That would explain your sleeping problems, tight chest, throat constricted, etc.

Sleep apnea, ahhhh NO!! I'm going through this now and it is not sleep apnea. I know sage works well. Buy some and put it in EVERY corner of your house and room.. this happened to me years ago in a different state and I did that and it worked. Now in a different state and it's happening again. I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to fall asleep. I hope this helps.

That happens to me too. And I have had so many crazy experiences. Where a pop can flying across the counter. Waking up an the lights not won't turn on... The feeling of like a animal jumping on my bed an standing over me an impressions in the bed. I mean I even have witnesses... Then when asleep the feeling of something laying on top of me checking my body out from head to toe not letting me do anything. I've moved several places the past 5 years and happens most everywhere I go... This experience happened as of yesterday when I was sitting on my couch with all lights off and I was on the phone having a really good chat with my guy friend. The feeling like,something bad came in the,room an tried to have me feel threatened an scared an like it wanted to hurt me... But I kind of working on what this may be? If it something that can be controlled? Look up info on what it is to be a senceative. I know praying helps an pretending there no such an things have never happened... I need more information on what this is, is it a gift to accept to an be happy about or a gift that is unwanted but the energy you have brings these things appon you? Or is it a mental illness an needs to be treated. My questions are is there someone out there that can really help can we use this gift to help others? What I'm very annoyed very scared, I feel I want to talk to a preist or someone of the church about this...

I have had a coul of episods where I fell asleep and had a feeling where a dark shadowy creature was crawling on the bed and was trying to pull my handsbut I could not say or do anything. I finally got enough energy to scream and the thing went away and I woke up and saw it walking away. The next time was right at dawn and I had a feeling something was pulling my hands again and this time I just woke up and saw it walk away. I must say that I am 52 and never been a believer of spirits and such. However these 2 episods have changed my view and the strangest thing is that my GF had mentioned to me a while back that she had had a similar thing happen to her and it had been a repeat of several other similar things since her childhood. I don't get scared easily and have a very logical mind and some would say I a mathimatition's brain so numbers and figers make sense to me. These incidents have had deep effects on me. I just wanted to share this so that others who have had experiences such as this don't think they are crazy.

I Had an experience when I was younger and I will never forget it. I was 6 and didn't believe in monsters or ghosts or anything like that. Well one night I had fallen into a deep sleep and I had the worst dream of my life. I dreamed that there was a dark entity watching me and my family it caused me to wake up, my baby sister at the time was sound asleep in her crib, I went to get up to check on her and that's when it happened. I noticed a black mass hovering above me and then it was on top of me, strangling me... crushing me. That was the night I almost died. I gathered enough breath to whisper to my sister 3 words "Sissy loves you." Everything went black, I woke up in a hospital bed the next morning. My mom was sitting beside me crying, she thought I was dead when she found me, Blankets wrapped around my throat facing my baby sister. I was realeased 3 days later and that night a woman appeared in my room, she was shrouded in a black shawl and was wearing a black dress. I knew her though, it was my mom's deceased cousin. She hated my mom because she bought her old house after she had died. This woman I always referred to as lady in black had told me that we must leave her home or she would make sure we left. I being six ran for my mom and stayed with her for the night but still felt like I was being watched. The next night my mother was pushed down the stairs by what she said was a black shadow person. I knew what had happened. I told my mom while she lay broken and bruised in her hospital bed about the woman and when my mother was realeased we did a full house cleansing. After that the only spirits to ever bother me while I was in my room were my deceased aunt and my deceased uncle. Both were there to protect my mother and my sister and to Make us all feel safe again. So please don't feel like you're crazy because you are not. This stuff happens all the time.

Yes I have also had these dreams... a very dark evil presence, so strong the fear in me is I cannot relate it to anything I have experienced other than being in the dream state. I am so frightened at the time the dark presence enters a dream all I have the power to do is call out for Jesus to help me because with him there cannot be darkness. I am a christian that makes mistakes, I also am slightly in touch with a spiritual side of things, but nothing merely compared to other people. Anyway, I feel its just a presence that lets you know that you have let some darkness or evil into your life and that it can take control of you when you are in a state of sleep... because anything can happen in a dream. In my case I know when I am dreaming and I have once tried to get away from the dark energy by flying away... thinking that was a good idea, no... what ever it was ( something in a dark cloak in a chairot with two horses galloping into the air near me ) it never got me... but it laughed at me just as I went to wake up.

I have these dreams on what you could say regular basis 1-2x a month. Saying a prayer before you sleep every night is something you all should try as it works for me.

Nothing that spiritual authority in Christ cannot fix.

Scarz-so much is happening now because it is demonic and demons don't care about you... they'd just as much see you go crazy as see you dead. Don't play around with this stuff and don't try to figure it out.. simply seek help. You need to talk to a spiritually mature Christian.
