    Regaining parental rights?
At 17 I signed over rights to my daughter due to stress from her mother and her parents. My family and I have kept in contact and been a big part of my daughters life though. Recently her mother has gotten engaged and now she will not allow me or my family to see my daughter - says she doesn't need our family anymore she has a new family. Is there anything I can do? Help

How did you "Sign over parental rights"? It takes a court order to do that... Do you mean to say Custody?

If your rights were in fact given up by the court (and not just custody)... then they may geneticly be your child... but legally you no longer have any rights to anything... including visitation. I'm surprised they even let you do anything this long if you gave up rights.
