    Painless menstrual period
    Hi I'm 22 y/o. I missed my menstrual period last month and just recently I had vaginal bleeding (not heavy). I don't know if I'm having my mens because it's painless and my pad is not soak unlike my previous menstrual periods. I had only copious vaginal bleeding when I urinate and I had only spotting on my pad. Please help me diagnose my problem. Thanks

    I had something similar and it turned out to be an stress and a bacterial infection but I had terrible itching.
    But its unclear... from my experience (female friends), you might be spotting due to the beginning of pregnancy.

    Do u know about Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding or Anovulatory menstruation? Is this similar to my case?
