    Animated sci fi movie
    The story is about the future where a boy is chosen by some sort of light and attaches a device on the hand, the device is a round piece that has a round glass on top... the boy meets others on various planets with the same device on different species... its for protection against an evil thingy... I first saw it in the early 90s... it seems to be of Japanese 80s..
