My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time two weeks ago. And exactly after a week that we did it, I noticed that I had a light brown discharge on my undies. My boyfriend did not use a condom when we did it but he did not come in me. I'm curious as to what the brown discharge is. I have PCOS and haven't had my period for almost 6 months now. I don't know if that brown discharge is implantation bleeding or an indication that my period is about to start. Or is it just old blood that wants to go out of my system. I want to take a pregnancy test but I have no idea when to take one considering the fact that my menstruation is irregular. Somebody enlighten me on this one please! Thanks.

If you go a month without a period, take a pregnancy test. Nobody can tell from this description what this might be. It could be related to your PCOS. Since you haven't had a period in 6 months and are starting to have sex, you should go to a doctor anyway and find out both how to treat the PCOS and also what type of birth control would be appropriate for you. Not using a condom is really taking your life in your hands in a dating relationship - please don't take that risk. There are a great many people who think they are in a committed relationship and end up contracting sexually transmitted diseases, so don't take the chance.
