    The same way you evict any resident. Check with your local housing court for the rules.

    Even if they haven`t paid anything because we wanted to help them get on there feet. We have paid for everything.They get govt. help with food and medical. They have cloths and stuff in my house and they get mail here. What can I do. Thank You

    First, please do not use the Comments feature for follow-up. Use the Answer options instead.

    Second, yes. None of that matters. You allowed them to become residents. As residents they need to be formally evicted. Was there an agreement, even verbal, to pay you rental? Did they ever pay any rental?
