Even if they haven`t paid anything because we wanted to help them get on there feet. We have paid for everything.They get govt. help with food and medical. They have cloths and stuff in my house and they get mail here. What can I do. Thank You

Second, yes. None of that matters. You allowed them to become residents. As residents they need to be formally evicted. Was there an agreement, even verbal, to pay you rental? Did they ever pay any rental?
