For people who have used the Air climber, is it noisy? I've read all the reviews and only a few even mention the noise. I've looked at other steppers and they become squeaky, but what about the wooshing air for the Air climber?

I just bought it and it is too noisy. Swoosh swoosh. It hurts my ears when I'm using it. It dissuades me from going faster because the faster you go the louder I gets. I'm sure it annoys my apt nieghbors through the think walls and floors =
I can't use it! Tried to put towel around base to dampen noise, didn't lessen the noise at all. I called cust svc and they had no suggestions, nor empathy.
