Kenmore Elite washing machine does not spin
This is a Kenmore Elite Catalyst heavy duty, top load, king size capacity, ultra quiet pak, 3 speed motor with 6 speed combinations washing machine. The agitate works OK and it spins somewhat, but the clothes are still wet at the end of cycle and I have to spin cycle it twice. The pump seems to be working as it drains while spinining, it just doesn't spin fast enough or quits early. Any help or diagnosis would be appreciated

My Sears Elite Washing Machine doesn't always spin and it wants to blow the breaker every once in a while. I've taken the pump off to see if it was plug and it was'nt, I taken the motor off to see if the coupler was bad and it was'nt. I've even run the motor with nothing hooked up and it runs fine....
I have a four year old kenmore elite washing machine that will not agitate or spin and only makes a loud humming/grinding noise. It sounds a s if the mottor is running, yet is diengaged from whatever turns the agitator. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you, Dan
