When filing i -751 (do i need to submit passport size photos?. no kids yet)
    Dear Immigration law experts.

On filling instructions , do the two passport size photos rule only apply to dependants overseas ,and children or I need to do it as well ?am a 34 yr immigrant (am nearing the 90 day filing window and based in the US... became a cpr by way of my U.S citizen wife,, and no kids yet)Please advise... my card expires on Jan 27 2011... and have 15 different types documental evidence. Is this an overkill in front of the examiner to review the file?Do I need to " tone down ?Or the more the merrier?"

That section is an exception to the standard evidence to be included if are you military or posted overseas. If not, no need.

Generally speaking, include as much documentary evidence as possible regarding bona fides of the marriage. Do you really have 15 different types or 15 different exhibits? Good luck.

    Thanks City Boy!Always resourceful.
... on evidence : yes I have created about 15 neatly set different mini folders each with an average of 5 to 7 pages of pieces of evidence randomly picked from the time window in question:If this borders an " overkill" in the eyes of the examiner please advise on toning down.
I have conjured some grossary system to guide the examiner on what is adduced and where to find it. Please advise.
    Always grateful
