My toilet is making gurgling noises and smells
I am a detached property with a downstairs toilet which over the past 3 months has had problems with draining after flushing - but no apparent blockage- but which now gurgles and I can see large gas bubbles coming up to the surface. There is also a slight rotten egg smell. Water is clean in the bowl.

It started a few days ago. When we flush the toilet, it starts fine, but now it "gurgles" when we flush it and it also gurgles in the shower at the same time... Today it started to smell like oil in the bathroom. Any thoughts?? Thanks
There is a gurgling noise like water draining coming from the drain of my shower floor. The shower hasn't been used for 2 years and I see no water anywhere. Can anyone help explain this. My home is on a slab.
