    This is a very "large" question - please ask about the two specific States which interest you.

    Otherwise someone will have to research EVERY State and then cross reference every other State.

    A State tax judgment, to the best of my knowledge, is simply transferred to another State. It is not a complicated process. States which do not allow property to be seized/liened make an exception when it is for tax liability.
