    Want to lose weight... tell me how
    I am in college and I want to lose weight. I have a hard time doing that because one everyone always makes fun of me when I eat right. I also need someone to push me and none of my friends do that for me. I want to lose weight for many reasons. One of that I am smaller than my boyfriend. Two so I feel better about myself. Third so that I am not the biggest girl in my family. Plaese help me

    Eat more wisely, choose food better, exercise more.

    There really is no secret.

    I also wouldn't be influenced by those who make fun of you for eating right. I was a vegetarian for years. Nobody gave me any grief. Why are people giving you a hard time - unless you are preaching to them about nutrition?

    One thing that I have tried (and I have tried lots of things) that actually worked well was a specific regimen.
    I had a light breakfast - always. Do not skip breakfast.
    I then had a good size middle of the day meal. Do not skip this either.
    Finally, I had a small, light snack... no bread, no red meat, no fried food, minimal sugar BEFORE 4:30 latest.
    This is the most important. Then do not eat anything (ANYTHING) after 5pm! Liquids are fine if they are lo or no calories.
    But do not anything after 5pm each day.
    This works. The first couple of days are difficult but it will work.
