    Go to the doctor and get a physical first. Depression and night sweats are often a sign of perimenapause, the years leading up to menopause when you often get the worst symptoms. If it is this, there is a lot you can do about it. Talk to your doctor.

    Rule out physical conditions, and if everything comes back normal, ask about depression. Again, this is treatable, it just takes some time, but it's something that many people get, and get over.

    Think about the good side of life!! Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows!! Go outside more often, play!! Read, chat to friends, watc movies, don't be so sad. Icecream is a good food to eat, it makes you feel happy!! (preferably mango :P)
