    Custody Rights...
    Okay, so my dad's had custody rights over me since I was 7, I just turned 15. I want to live with my mom but my dad won't let me. He says that if I try to live with my mom then he will sue her until she's broke then get a restraining order against her and my 18 year old brother who lives with her. My dad doesn't hit me anymore but his verbal abuse is really getting to me and making me want to harm myself.
    My question is what should I do?? I can't stand living with my dad, but I don't want to hurt my mom... I'm so confused! Help Me Please!!

    The only money that I know he can sue for is the child support she is to pay on you, and I would assume she has been paying ?

    To live with your mom, you mom will have to take your dad to court, she will have to file for custody of you, so she has to make the first move

    She is paying child support, even though my dad stopped the charges years ago, she's paying back support.
