    Tax returns for 2004 and 2005
    A relative came to me and asked me to do his taxes. He had W2s for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006. He hadn't filed in the two previous years. He also had worked in at least two different states. What forms do I need to file these for him?

    Probably Form 1040EZ for 2004, 2005 and 2006. You can download PDF versions of this form from 1040.com Website.

    The state tax forms and instructions can be downloaded from the state government website.
