What kind of motion am i to write to the judge?
If I originally had 6 charges, and I pleaded guilty to 2 of them and the other 4 were to be dropped... but when I received paperwork from the probation officer, all 6 original charges were still there, what kind of motion would I be writing to the judge to make the correct changes? Also, if someone knows a good way to write a motion, it would be greatly appreciated (they were felony charges if that matters as far as motions are concerned)

If these are felony charges... why are you not having your lawyer do this for you? Seriously... you risk a lot of jailtime. Its not time for a do-it-yourself.

Everything is done, I am sentenced, I just have to have the judge read the court reporters transcripts and then adjust my charges back to what they were supposed to be

Ok... you didn't tell us that part. Have some patience and someone with that specific knowledge will answer soon.

    Hello bree:

There is "paperwork", and then there is "paperwork". Not all paperwork is the same. In legal matters, it MATTERS which particular piece of paperwork you're talking about. You were probably handed LOTS of "paperwork" from your PO on your first visit. And, you also received LOTS of "paperwork" from the judge the day you were sentenced. So, please tell me exactly WHICH paper lists these charges.

I'll bet you're not going to have to file anything. I think you just need to understand what you've got.
