Young person living with me with no income while studying
Young lady19 lives with me. British passport, born in Britain in 1991, moved with mum to spain when 8yrs but returned Nov 09 to be near dad. Worked in café until aug 10 and started catering course in sept10 but has no income. I can't afford to feed, keep, cloth her. Surely she is entitled to something .She wants to work part time but needs some basic income in the meantime. I don't want throw her out?

Why are you feeding, housing, and clothing her in the first place? She does not sound like your responsibility so set some ground rules. She needs to budget her time more wisely. I am sure she can handle a catering course, any part time job immediately available, house work, and being near or with her dad.
