    Follow your plug wires, may be built onto distributor cap.

Where is the coil on a honda civic, 1990 . Near the distributer or inside the cap or elsewhere ?

I thought I had a distributor problem and replaced it but then I found I had power going into the coil but none coming out. I replaced the coil and same thing - power in but none out - no spark - what's going on? Is it the igniter unit, timing belt?
