A/C motor buzzing but will not start
The motor turns freely so I don't think it's the bearing. Any suggestions

Does it have a start capacitor? It looks like a black or silver cylinder or a pack of cigarettes and is wired into the motor for starting. If so, it could be bad. Try a swap out with a new one that has the same microfarads. If no start capacitor, you probably have a dead spot on the armature and will need to replace the motor.
