    Yo're missing a sign in front of the 12x^2 term. I will assume it's supposed to be +12x^2.

    First thing to notice is that you can divide through by 6x^2, which greatly simplifies the problem:

    6x^2(x^2 - 3x + 2)

    Can you take it from here?
