    Garnishment of wages Florida
    If an you have paid the credit card garnishment in full and the employer is still taking 25% of my pay how do l get them to stop an get a refund. I have called them three times.

    You have called the credit card company or your company to have the garnishment stopped?

    Your company must receive a release from whomever they received the garnishment from.

    Go talk to the Payroll department and see if they will call the person they are sending the garnishment to and get the pay off. If it is paid off they should receive a release of garnishment. They can have them fax it to them while they are on the phone with them.
