How do I get a refund of a garnishment that has been paid off. I have called three times.

You have called the credit card company or your company to have the garnishment stopped?

Your company must receive a release from whomever they received the garnishment from.

Go talk to the Payroll department and see if they will call the person they are sending the garnishment to and get the pay off. If it is paid off they should receive a release of garnishment. They can have them fax it to them while they are on the phone with them.
