Theft by deception
I used to work for a office and money was very tight.. the bottom line is that I stole about $2000. But my boss added all these fees and the final amount is $3274.00 I tried to explain to the judge on my hearing that I didn't take all that money that they were accusing me for. But she didn't believe me. I got put on probation for a year and have to pay the money back. Of course. I received a letter from the officer that I had to pay $655 a month but I'm still not working and I haven't been abe to pay not one cent towards it.
I received a letter on 12-7 to go to court on 12-8.. But I didn't have a babysitter and I couldn't go.
Now On Tuesday I have to see the judge for violation of probation..
What will happen.. Will I go to jail.

I am actually surprised there was not a warrant out for you already.
First you show up for a court date, no matter what. Not having a baby sitter is not an excuse, they will not accept this as a reason. At the point you did not show up, 90 percent of people would have had a warrant out for them.
So at this point, they have violated your probation and the judge will decide if you are trying or not, You had better show where you are looking for a job, you had better know and let them know you were wrong for not showing up at court
So you had basically act like you know you were wrong and let them know this will not happen again.
But in the end if the judge believes some time in jail may make you undertand it better he will do that also.

I showed up for all my court dates.. I didn't go to see the probation officer the day I had too.
What about the resistution.
I can't find a job.. because I can't find a set sitter.
I will apologize at the court.

You might. Never ignore a notice to go to court. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent your attendance on the specified date, contact the court clerk in advance and advise him/her of the situation. I'm not sure that child care would constitute a legitimate reason for not being able to report since it'd be argued that you had advance notice giving you ample time to secure child care arrangements. The best you can do now is explain that you still haven't found employment and ask for an extension with which to payback the money and ask that the monthly amount be lowered. Explain that you are raising a child and that obviously his/her interests have to be taken into consideration as well. You'll no doubt get grilled as to why you don't have a job and you'll receive a lecture to get a job immediately, take care of your child and take care of your debt. I can't guarantee any particular outcome but your options are limited at this point.
