Glasses have a cloudy fogginess that I can't clean
I've had these eyeglass lenses for about 7 months & for the past 3-4 months there is a cloudy foggy strip that goes down the middle of each lens. I've tried everything I know of to clean & can't remove it (if it is removable). Any suggestions as to what or why this is & what I might do to resolve?

The only way to properly resolve this problem is to take your glasses back to the place that made them and have them make up a new set of lenses for free as those are somehow defective and there is nothing I know that would clear up the cloudyness of the lenses. It's not removeable.

It's not necessarily a defect, especially if you've had the lenses for 7 months and a problem suddenly occurred. Generally when someone describes fogginess in a lens they've had a while it's scratches. Microscopic scraches can appear as fogginess. Either way, this can be determined at the shop that you purchased them.
