Whirlpool Ultimate care washer will not drain & spin
I gave a ultimate care whirlpool washer. It agitates, but will not drain 7 subsequently will not spin.

Washer completes wash cycle but when it gets ready to spin it doesn't do anything. I don't believe it is the lid. How do I take off the back panel to possibly correct the problem.
This machine is about 6 yrs old. Every other cycle seems to work fine, other than the spin. Clothes are still soaking wet but no water is in the drum, and making a grinding sound when it is trying to spin.
